Relationships with our tenants are important to us. We believe that communication is a key component in developing and maintaining relationships. We correspond individually with tenants in person, by phone, and by email. We also often send group communications to everyone to keep them informed about inspections, weather, work in their apartments or buildings, and City happenings, etc.
